Carpets were visibly dirty, there were no hand towels, missing floor molding tiles in bathroom, glass shower doors had visible soap scum. * Rooms: Our room in the South Tower was just ok. Chairs in the atrium area had grime across the upholstered tops. Carpet in the lobby is filthy and needs shampooing, elevators are disgusting with handprints all over, missing molding, encrusted dust on mechanism when door opens. Now, the nitty gritty: * The place is overall dirty.
I do have a positive note: I left a Vera Bradley hanging makeup bag behind the bathroom door on my last trip and housekeeping did retrieve it and had it for me at the front desk when we went back yesterday.
To sum up my review, let's just say it has gone down.
